Reading through this book it is obvious that Mr. Breen knows his stuff. The concepts are clearly presented and easy to understand. Individual techniques are broken down and explained with accompanying photographs. Individual techniques are not what this book is about. Its about the big picture. Reading it has given me a lot of ideas for improving my own practice. My only serious complaint with this book was that, upon finishing it, I was left wanting more.
